The customer contacted us because their roof was heavily damaged by hail last year so they needed full roof replacement. The insurance company was not very cooperative so we provided documentation and helped him negotiate for the new roof. We installed the CertainTeed Weatherwood composite laminate shingle which coordinated with the brick of the home. In our inspection, we also discovered chimney damage which we were able to repair. The client was so pleased with the updated roof and helped with the insurance claim.
