We called RC&R to repair/replace part of our fence and gates damaged by the May storm. Jose did a great job. Then, we contacted Steve Daniels with RC&R, because Serv-Pro left us hanging for 9 weeks after the storm with a shredded tarp on our roof. We fired Serv-Pro and hired RC&R to replace the damaged roof section and replace it. Steve Daniels came out on a Friday with 10 people and removed/replaced the damaged roof section. After that, we hired RC&R to repair the damage inside the house. They replaced sheetrock in one of our rooms and a section in the garage. They also repainted the areas involved and did a phenomenal job. Steve was in constant contact with us during the repair process that took them only 2 weeks!!! Great job! Thank you so much.

After another company could not get the roof approved, Steve Daniels was called by the homeowner and quickly got the roof approved. We were able to fully replace the roof.

Customer was having trouble getting the insurance to pay for their hail damaged roof. Before we got involved, three different roofing companies tried to get the roof approved. There was a good amount of hail damage but the insurance did not want to pay for it. After a few weeks of going back and forth with the insurance company, we got the roof and gutters approved and replaced.
